Act 5 Belnore

Commander of The Shields of the North "the left hand of the North". Ride out after they receive word from Lord Devlington that there may be orc raiders in the area.



Shields are ambushed at their camp and overrun.

 

Falgrim and Gundrick return to Balnore castle with word of the shields demise.

 

Orcs arrive early mourn burn port and outer town

 




Falgrim and Gundrick save some of the villagers before gates close. Chasm and outer defenses are breached Falgrim leads charge against trolls and orcs before they overrun 2nd inner bailey. Deadly battle ensues men are worn out and castle is being pummeled by catapults but orcs took big losses men still have hope. Then Barbarians arrive. Orcs build large siege engine out of a sunken boat. Barbarians climb cliff wall from rear as orcs try to breach 2nd bailey. Barbarians overtake 3rd bailey after climbing wall face from ocean side of castle. Orcs breach gatehouse of 2nd bailey Commander stands with shield lines to hold back orcs. Then face of tower gate house breaks after being hit with catapults. Orcs start final assault barbarians hack through gate under shield wall and start to break through portcullis. Falgrim and Gundrick hold back orcs trying to breach wall. As orc leader starts to advance on final assault he hears war horns from rear. Wood elves from Scarwood and the Snow elves from Fendale attack reaming host of orcs.

    

Barbarians hear the screech of the great eagle riders as they attack from sky. Barbarians are plucked off the wall and their assault is thwarted. Barbarian leader is forced to retreat and leaps off wall to an unknown ending.

    

Orc leader is forced to retreat has to break through lines of wood elf spear men and charging snow elves. Minotaurs make a break through line but orc leader is forced into 1 on 1 battle with Aranthil



Aranthil is the victor using a combat move Eldrin used on him back in Fendale when he said his farewell.
